Soooo,
Maybe like three month's since I've posted? Very lame of me. But I've been finishing up an Ep and dealing with all sorts of computer/audio editing issues. The predominant issue being that my computer is currently caputz. My interim solution was to throw an extra gig of ram in an older desktop and run Ubuntu for a speedier older machine. This was the intention, it's not working out so well. Needless to say if any of you have tried working on a Linux based platform there are certain things it is really good at, and certain things that it is not. Apparently working with audio has come a long way over the years on the Linux platform I think I can get things to work, for me after about a decade of training. Okay it's not that bad, but OMFG is it tedious. Routing audio in Ubuntu is like trying to mate an elephant with a shitzu.
Oh well, I will persevere. Mostly because I have no choice at the moment.
The line up in Stefs previous post looks pretty damn good for forty bucks I must say.
